VisaBook Terms of Use

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VisaBook, including the website at visabook.co, our applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Universal Reason Inc. ("VisaBook," "we," "us," or "our"), a company with its registered address at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What VisaBook Is — and Is Not

VisaBook helps you search for visas, generate personalized checklists, track your application progress, and get AI-assisted guidance, based on published government requirements that we research, source, and periodically update.

VisaBook is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or licensed immigration practitioner, and nothing on the Service constitutes legal advice. We do not represent you before any government authority, and we do not guarantee that any visa, permit, or application will be approved. Final decisions on any visa or immigration matter are made solely by the relevant government authority, at its sole discretion.

Our Document Validation feature checks whether the documents you provide appear to meet the specific published requirement we have on file for a given visa, as of the date shown, with the source cited. It is a compliance check against a stated requirement — it is not a prediction of approval, a legal opinion, or a substitute for professional advice. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision with significant personal, legal, or financial consequences.

If your situation is complex, involves discretionary criteria, or carries significant stakes, we recommend consulting a licensed immigration attorney or accredited immigration consultant in the relevant jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a VisaBook account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info (at) visabook (dot) co if you suspect unauthorized use.

Dependents (such as a spouse) may be invited to create their own linked account. Accounts are not created directly for minors; a minor's information may be held as part of a parent or guardian's account as a Dependent Profile.

3. Plans, Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free Plan: visa search, personalized checklists, process guidance, document vault, and a limited number of AI Consultant messages per month, at no charge.
  • Plus Plan: a paid monthly subscription that adds unlimited AI Consultant access, Document Validation, multi-case organization, and renewal reminders, at the price displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through your Billing page; you will retain Plus access through the end of the then-current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free Plan. [Refund policy to be stated here once finalized.]

We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price for future billing periods.

4. Your Content and Documents

You retain ownership of the information and documents you upload to VisaBook ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a license to store, process, and use it solely to provide the Service to you — including AI-assisted processing as described in our Privacy Policy — and not for any other purpose without your separate consent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. We do not independently verify the authenticity of documents you upload.

5. AI-Assisted Features

VisaBook uses artificial intelligence (including models accessed via Amazon Bedrock) to power the AI Consultant and Document Validation features. AI-generated responses are based on information in our database, which we work to keep current and accurately sourced, but AI systems can make mistakes, and requirements can change. Always verify time-sensitive or high-stakes information against the primary government source, which we cite wherever possible.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload documents or information that are fraudulent, stolen, or that you do not have the right to submit; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; interfere with the Service's operation or security; or misrepresent your identity.

7. Third-Party Sources and Links

VisaBook cites government and other third-party sources throughout the Service. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and original content (excluding Your Content and third-party-sourced government material), is owned by Universal Reason Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY VISA APPLICATION PREPARED WITH ITS HELP WILL BE APPROVED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIVERSAL REASON INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY VISA OR IMMIGRATION OUTCOME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universal Reason Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. [Arbitration/dispute-resolution clause to be finalized with counsel — specifics vary meaningfully by target jurisdiction and should be reviewed before publication, particularly given VisaBook's international user base.]

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as email or an in-app notification). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
