Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Billing page any time — you'll keep Plus access through the end of your current billing period, then drop to Free. Nothing you've built is deleted.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade to Free?
They stay exactly where they are. Free doesn't have a document limit — you just lose document validation and multi-case organization until you upgrade again.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
Is Document Validation the same as a lawyer reviewing my case?
No — it checks your documents against the destination's published requirements, with the exact source shown for every check. It's not legal advice, and it doesn't guarantee your application will be approved — final approval is always up to that country's immigration authority.
