No. VisaBook is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We organize and surface published government requirements so you can understand what's needed for each visa — but final approval is always up to the destination country's immigration authority.
Every requirement, fee, and process step is sourced from official government pages (immigration websites, embassy pages, consular services). When you see a citation number like [1], it links directly to the source. Our pipeline monitors these sources regularly so requirements stay current.
Every visa and country page shows a "Last verified" date. Our data pipeline checks official sources on a rolling schedule — most pages are verified weekly. If you spot something out of date, report it at corrections (at) visabook (dot) co.

When you view a visa, click Check eligibility. You'll answer a series of questions based on the visa's actual published requirements (income thresholds, nationality restrictions, document types, etc.). At the end, you'll see exactly which requirements you pass or don't pass, with the official source cited for each one.

Documents you upload to the Vault are encrypted and stored securely. VisaBook never shares, sells, or uses your documents for any purpose other than helping you manage your visa applications. See our Privacy Policy.
Anyone can join the affiliate program — no minimum audience size. You earn 25% recurring commission (35% at 10+ active referrals) for every Plus subscriber you refer, every month they stay subscribed. The cookie window is 365 days.
Go to Profile and select Delete account. This permanently removes all your data, including documents, cases, and chat history. The deletion is irreversible. See our Data Processing policy for retention details.
