Go to Profile to update your nationality, work type, income, dependents, or preferences. Your updated profile automatically re-ranks visa eligibility everywhere on the site.

A Case is VisaBook's organizer for a specific visa application. Each case contains:

The Document Vault stores your passport info, identity documents, and other files you need across multiple visa applications. Upload once, reuse everywhere.
At minimum: passport bio page, proof of income (bank statements or tax returns), and any existing visa/residency permits. Each case's checklist will tell you exactly what's needed.

Go to Pricing and click Start Plus, or navigate to Billing from your profile menu.
Yes. Cancel from your Billing page — you keep Plus access through the end of your current billing period, then drop to Free. None of your data is deleted.
